Inspired by Sri Lankan home cooking, each batch is hand-fried with fresh aromatics garlic, onions, curry leaves, and chillies using proper heat and real ingredients. Started in a home kitchen with a handful of cashews and a heavy Sri Lankan influence, we make every batch the way we grew up bold, loud, impossible to stop eating. No shortcuts, no dust-on flavouring.
