Terms of Service – The Nuts

 


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the customer”) and The Nuts (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you use our website www.thenuts.uk or buy our products. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.


 

1. Products

 

 

  • We sell handmade spicy cashew nut snacks in various pack sizes.

  • All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, weight, or appearance may occur since products are handmade in small batches.

  • Ingredients and allergen information are clearly stated on packaging and on our website. It is your responsibility to check these before purchase.

 


 

2. Orders & Payments

 

 

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT (we are not currently VAT registered).

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through the payment methods provided.

  • Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

 


 

3. Delivery

 

 

  • We deliver within the UK. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once delivery is made.

 


 

4. Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • We may ask for photos of the issue to process your claim.

 


 

5. Liability

 

 

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if you fail to read the allergen information provided.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product.

 


 

6. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • The Nuts brand name, logo, and packaging design are our intellectual property.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or use our branding without permission.

 


 

7. Governing Law

 

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
